Shipping
I will start making your order as soon as possible. It usually takes me 2-7 days to have your order made, polished / cleaned and ready to ship. Please note that Express shipping does not mean express production.
If you've ordered a custom piece, please allow up to 14 days for me to have your order made, polished / cleaned and ready to ship.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. You will receive an Australia Post tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Within Australia;
Standard Shipping (2-8 Business Days) - $10.00
Express Shipping (1-4 Business Days) - $15.00
International Shipping at this point in time is difficult to estimate the arrival of your order. COVID policies will change regularly and I can't accurately guarantee time frames.
International;
Standard Shipping (Allow 6-30 Business Days) - $25.00
Express Shipping available on request.
Refunds & Exchanges
All of my items are hand made and made to order so I unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind. Any Body Jewellery pieces (Chains, Earrings, Charms & Rings etc) also cannot be returned due being a hygiene issue. Once the piece arrives in your hands I have to assume it has been worn.
I will accept returns or exchanges on items that have unfortunately broken. I request the broken piece be sent back to me and after confirming the state of the item I will either repair the piece or offer a brand new piece.

Custom Orders
I gladly welcome any custom orders! I love a challenge and would love to make something unique and special for you.
If you have an idea of what you'd like made, please have some information ready like reference photos, an idea of sizing for your piece (mm / cm), what material you'd like your piece made out of (Silver, Solid Gold, Steel, etc) and where you will be wearing the piece. Once I have all the information needed I can give you a quote before proceeding with the order.

How to Maintain your Jewellery
Your jewellery should not tarnish, rust or flake.
Every gold piece I sell is 14k Solid gold or higher. I do not sell plated gold, gold vermeil or gold filled jewellery.
Every Chainmaille piece I sell is made with Stainless Steel, Titanium or Niobium components.
Any piece of jewellery you purchase may dull with regular wear over a period of time, this is normal. I recommend using a jewellery polishing cloth once every so often to maintain a nice shine.
I do not recommend using products like baking soda. If there is build up around your jewellery due to regular wear, you can use some liquid detergent and water with a soft bristle toothbrush to gently scrub away the debris, dry the piece and finish off with a polishing cloth.
How to Wear your New Jewellery
Putting your Chain, Charm or Ring into your piercing can be difficult. I always advise you see a Professional Piercer to assist you with this as it will reduce the likelihood of you losing your piece, breaking your piece, or putting it on incorrectly.
Industrial Strength Australia in Sydney, Newtown house some fantastic piercers who can assist you in putting your pieces where they belong.
If you're not close to Newtown you can get in touch and I can recommend a Studio near your area within Australia.
